We want to make it easy for us to do business together. We accept most major credit cards and PayPal as payment methods. Payment is due when placing your order. Once we receive your payment we will lovingly prepare and pack your goodies and send them your way.
If you're visiting us from outside the U.S., please note that import duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.
If for some reason you need to cancel or change an order, please do let us know right away via email at shop [at] cabinetofprettythings.com. If your order hasn't shipped, we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.
We know you want your stuff, like yesterday! We get it...we're exactly the same :)
So here's the deal... please give us 3 to 5 business days to process and pack your order (unless your product is custom made or description says otherwise). Once we've got it packed, we'll hand carry it to the post office for you with a smile!
We ship daily, Monday through Friday. If your order comes in after we've made that day's trip to the post office, it will go out on our next day's trip. Our shipping price includes postage, packaging materials and delivery confirmation.
Just so you know, our standard shipping method is USPS First Class mail. We ship from sunny Miami, Florida, so sometimes it can take up to 7 days to reach the West Coast using USPS First Class Mail. If you're overseas, it can take longer as our friends (well, not always) at customs are involved. Because of this, we can't make any promises as to delivery dates.
If you need your order delivered by a certain date, please email us and let us know. We will do our best to look into options for you.
But it all boils down to this: We know you want it quickly and we'll go above and beyond to get it to you.
Refunds & Exchanges
Putting a smile on your face is priceless to us. That includes making sure that YOU are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with what you got, let us know as soon as you receive your order and we can figure out how to make you happy.
If you've ever been to the post office, you know that not everyone there is always happy. That being said, sometimes packages do get smushed in the mail or simply don't make it to where they need to go (we're not pointing any fingers :) ) If that's the case, we will send a replacement free of charge using the original shipping method. If the postal service claims your item was delivered and provides tracking info, but you didn't receive it, we will send a replacement free of charge, but we ask that you cover the cost of re-shipping.
As you can see, most of our stuff is really colorful. We just wanted to let you know that colors may appear slightly different in real life than they appear on your computer screen due to the way different computer monitors are calibrated. Also, keep in mind that each item is made to order and variations in each product are part of the individuality of your item and what makes them, and you, unique.
